1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging the services of Tejas Enterprises, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Nature of Services

Tejas Enterprises provides advisory and compliance-related professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Society Auditing and Accounting
  • Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC compliance management
  • Labour Law and Factory Act advisory and compliance
  • Shop and Establishment registration and renewals
  • Professional Tax registration and filing
  • MIDC work and related industrial documentation

All services are advisory and compliance-based in nature. Tejas Enterprises acts as a professional consultant and compliance facilitator – not as a legal representative or advocate before courts.

3. Professional Engagement

Submitting an enquiry through this website, filling out the contact form, or sending a WhatsApp message does not establish a client-consultant relationship with Tejas Enterprises.

A formal professional engagement begins only after Tejas Enterprises formally accepts the assignment, confirms the scope of work, and the applicable terms are agreed upon between both parties. All engagements are subject to the availability and discretion of Tejas Enterprises.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and professional services, Tejas Enterprises does not guarantee any specific outcome, approval, or result from any government body, regulatory department, or authority. Decisions by government departments and statutory bodies are beyond our control and depend on applicable laws, individual circumstances, and submission completeness.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents
  • Ensuring all documents and records submitted are genuine and legally valid
  • Responding to our requests for information or documents in a timely manner
  • Reviewing and approving all filings, returns, or statutory submissions before finalisation
  • Any consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided to us

Tejas Enterprises shall not be held liable for any penalties, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Changes in Law

Professional advice provided by Tejas Enterprises is based on the laws, regulations, notifications, and circulars applicable on the date of consultation or service delivery.

Future amendments, legislative changes, or new government notifications may affect the applicability or accuracy of previous advice. Tejas Enterprises shall not be held liable for changes in law that occur after the date on which advice or service was rendered.

Clients are encouraged to seek updated consultation whenever significant regulatory changes occur in their area of business.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms for professional services are agreed individually between Tejas Enterprises and the client prior to commencement of services. Unless stated otherwise in writing:

  • Professional fees are due as per the agreed schedule or upon completion of the specified scope of service
  • Government statutory fees, filing charges, and reimbursable out-of-pocket expenses are charged separately and in addition to our professional fees
  • Monthly retainer packages are governed by a separate written agreement specifying scope and fee terms

8. Right to Refuse Service

Tejas Enterprises reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any client at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

  • The client provides false, misleading, or materially incomplete information
  • The requested service conflicts with applicable laws, regulations, or professional ethics
  • There is an actual or potential conflict of interest
  • Agreed payment obligations are not honoured

9. Confidentiality

Tejas Enterprises treats all client information, documents, financial records, and business details as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to any third party except as required by law, a statutory authority, or with the explicit written consent of the client.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tejas Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the professional fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our professional services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

Tejas Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
